PM Modi Thanks BJP Workers for Historic Victory, Highlights Commitment to Development
PM Modi addressed BJP workers, highlighting the party's victory, its commitment to development, and its strong connection with the people, especially women.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed BJP karyakartas (workers) at the party headquarters in New Delhi, following a massive victory in the general assembly and by-poll elections. He began by thanking both the people and the party workers for their unwavering support. According to PM Modi, the overwhelming vote share is a clear indication of a bright future for the party.

BJP’s Close Result in Himachal Pradesh

Moving on to the Himachal Pradesh elections, PM Modi pointed out that the BJP trailed by just 1% in the vote share. He called this an unprecedented result, highlighting the near win. Despite this, he reassured that the BJP remains 100% committed to the state’s development.

BJP’s Rising Popularity Due to Strong Policies

PM Modi then addressed the reasons behind the growing support for the BJP. He attributed the party’s popularity to its firm policies. As he explained, “People voted for the BJP because the BJP can take tough decisions in the interest of the country. The increasing public support of the BJP shows that the country is angry against familyism and corruption.”

Historic Gujarat Victory

In addition, PM Modi celebrated the BJP's historic success in Gujarat. “The people of Gujarat gave the biggest mandate in history to the BJP, creating a new record,” he proudly announced. He further noted that around 1 crore voters, who had never experienced Congress rule, voted for the BJP because of the development they witnessed in the state.

BJP’s Strong Connection with the People

Furthermore, PM Modi emphasized the BJP's deep connection with the people. He remarked, “The results of Gujarat have shown the people’s desire for a developed India. When challenges arise, the people trust the BJP to lead. When the country faces a crisis, the people rely on the BJP.”

Criticism of Opposition’s False Promises

On the other hand, PM Modi took aim at the opposition, accusing them of making false promises for electoral gain. He stated, “India's future will be bright not by increasing fault lines, but by demolishing them.” He called for national unity and urged everyone to focus on the idea of "India First."

Empowering Women

Finally, PM Modi turned his attention to the issue of women’s empowerment. He expressed that, “For the first time since independence, there is a government that understands the problems, challenges, and needs of women.” He emphasized the BJP’s commitment to uplifting women in the country. In conclusion, PM Modi’s address touched on the BJP’s achievements, its strong policies, and the party’s dedication to the nation’s progress, particularly in empowering women.
