Hyderabad FC played out a goalless draw against Mumbai City FC at the GMC Balayogi Athletic Stadium in the Indian Super League 2024-25. Early Chances for Mumbai City FC
From the start, Mumbai City FC looked dangerous. In the 9th minute, Lallianzuala Chhangte raced through Hyderabad’s defense and took a shot, but it narrowly hit the woodwork. Shortly after, in the 23rd minute, Chhangte and Jorge Ortiz combined for another attempt. Ortiz’s shot was blocked, and Chhangte’s follow-up was saved by Hyderabad’s goalkeeper, Arshdeep Singh.

Towards the end, Mumbai City FC shifted to a counter-attacking approach. In the 83rd minute, Chhangte had an excellent opportunity after a fast break. However, his shot went wide of the left post, leaving both teams with a point each.
