Ayush Mhatre looked like a new hope for Chennai Super Kings. He gave them some relief by hitting a few clean shots. Shivam Dube and Ravindra Jadeja played well against the disciplined bowling lineup of Mumbai Indians. However, CSK fell 40–50 runs short on this pitch. When Rohit Sharma is in form, he can demolish any bowling attack. What made things worse for CSK was that none other than SKY was at the other end.
