India Reaches Out to G20 Nations
Meanwhile, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) met with selected G20 envoys. This diplomatic move came on Thursday, just a day after India announced several strict measures in response to the terror attack.
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri led the meeting. He briefed ambassadors from Germany, Japan, Poland, the UK, and Russia about the Pahalgam incident.
Many Other Countries Also Attended
Additionally, senior diplomats from the United States, European Union, France, Italy, Qatar, China, and Canada joined the meeting. They gathered at the Ministry of External Affairs office in South Block, New Delhi.

Furthermore, the Indian government has taken strong diplomatic steps. In an official statement, the MEA said,
“In continuation of the decisions made by the Cabinet Committee on Security in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack, the Government of India has decided to suspend visa services to Pakistani nationals with immediate effect.”
