Billie Eilish revealed during her Manchester concert that she is working on a secret 3D project with director James Cameron.

Billie Eilish surprised her fans in Manchester by revealing a secret project. She is working with famous director James Cameron on a new 3D project. She shared this news during her concert at Co-op Live on Saturday. According to Variety, the announcement left fans excited and curious.

Filming Secret Project in Manchester

During the show, Eilish explained why she repeated her outfit for four nights. She said it was necessary for the filming. Moreover, she pointed out extra cameras in the arena.

Speaking to the crowd, she said, “So you may have noticed that there are more cameras than usual in here.” Then she added, “Basically, I can't say much about it but what I can say is that I'm working on something very, very special with somebody named James Cameron and it's going to be in 3D. So, take that as you will and these four shows here in Manchester, you and me are part of a thing that I am making with him. He's in this audience somewhere, just saying. So don't mind that, and also I'll probably be wearing this exact outfit for like four days in a row.”

Fans Start Guessing

After the announcement, fans began guessing what the project could be. Some believe it might be a concert film, while others think it could be a music video or a documentary. Since James Cameron, known for Avatar, is involved, fans expect something big.

Not Her First Film Project

Interestingly, this isn’t Eilish’s first work in film. In 2021, she released Billie Eilish: The World’s a Little Blurry, a successful documentary. She also produced Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles, proving her creative talent beyond music.

Eilish Continues Her World Tour

Currently, Eilish is touring to promote her third album Hit Me Hard and Soft, which came out in 2024. So far, she has performed in North America and Australia. After finishing her Manchester shows, she will head to Japan. Finally, the tour will end in the United States on November 23 at San Francisco’s Chase Center.

Billie Eilish: A Global Icon
