Kriti Sanon is celebrating another milestone in success. The actress recently purchased a luxurious sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra West. The property is located in the Supreme Prana residential tower and reportedly cost over Rs 78.20 crore.

According to The Economic Times, the penthouse spans the 14th and 15th floors, covering 6,636 sq ft. It also includes an open terrace of 1,209 sq ft on the top floor. Valued at approximately Rs 1.18 lakh per sq ft, the property comes with six exclusive car parking slots. Kriti jointly owns it with her mother.

As part of the purchase, she paid Rs 3.91 crore in stamp duty and over Rs 84.16 crore in total, including GST and other charges. The agreement also grants her exclusive terrace rights, offering panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.

Kriti’s Previous Real Estate Investments

This is not Kriti Sanon’s first property investment. In 2023, she bought a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, a popular getaway near Mumbai. The area has attracted many celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, who purchased a plot earlier this year.

In 2024, Kriti reportedly bought a 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West, priced at Rs 35 crore.

Bandra West: Bollywood’s Star Hub

Bandra West is home to several Bollywood A-listers. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Javed Akhtar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and Rekha all live in the area. Power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also set to move into their new apartment there soon.

Beyond Acting: Kriti’s Work and Ventures

Apart from her real estate ventures, Kriti Sanon is expanding her entrepreneurial activities.

On the work front, she will next star alongside Dhanush in Aanand L Rai’s Tere Ishk Mein, releasing on November 28, 2025. She is also confirmed as the female lead in Homi Adjania’s Cocktail 2, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Shahid Kapoor from her film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya.
