Iran Hits Back at Trump, Promises ‘Crushing’ Response
Iran rejected US claims and warned of continued retaliation after Donald Trump said its military had been weakened.

Tensions are rising in the Middle East. Iran strongly responded to US President Donald Trump on Thursday. Iran warned that the conflict will continue. It said the US will face “lasting humiliation, regret, and surrender."

The reaction came from Iran after Trump claimed that its Navy and Air Force had been weakened. He also said its leadership had suffered heavy losses.

Iran Rejects US Intelligence Claims

Iran dismissed these claims. According to Press TV, a spokesperson from the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said US intelligence is incomplete.

He directly challenged Trump’s remarks. He said, “Your intelligence on our military power and equipment is incomplete. You know nothing of our vast strategic capabilities. Do not assume you have destroyed our strategic missile production sites, long-range attack and precision drones, modern air-defence systems, electronic warfare, or special equipment."

Iran Asserts Military Strength

Iran said it still has strong military capabilities. It rejected claims that its missile and drone systems have been weakened.

The Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters coordinates operations between the Iranian Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The command plays a key role in Iran’s defence strategy.

Warning of Continued Strikes

Iran blamed the US for starting the conflict. It warned of more attacks. The spokesperson said, “You must pay for the aggression you started against our honourable, beloved, Muslim nation."

He added, “This war will continue until you face permanent humiliation, regret, and surrender. Expect more crushing and devastating strikes from us in continuation of the severe blows you have already received," as quoted by Press TV.

Trump Claims Success in War

Earlier, Trump addressed the US. He praised the military operation. Trump called it a “decisive" success. He said the mission is close to achieving its goals.

He claimed the US has destroyed Iran’s naval and air power. Trump also said its military infrastructure has suffered major damage.

“Iran’s navy is gone, its air force is in ruins, and its leaders, most of them terrorists, are now dead," Trump said.
