Mumbai City FC triumphed 3-0 over Mohammedan SC at the Mumbai Football Arena on Sunday in the
Indian Super League 2024-25. They dominated possession with 69.3% and converted all three of their shots on target. As a result, Mumbai City FC moved up to fifth place, accumulating 27 points from 17 games.
Strong First Half by Mumbai

Early in the second half, Chhangte led another attack down the right. He made a perfect touch inside the box and took a shot, but it hit the woodwork.
Breakthrough in the 72nd Minute
Finally, Mumbai City FC found the breakthrough in the 72nd minute. Bipin launched a long ball from the left wing. Bora attempted to head it clear, but his clearance ended up in the back of the net, giving Mumbai a 1-0 lead.
More Trouble for Bora
In the 78th minute, things got worse for Bora. Toral made a pass to Chhangte, who took the ball and quickly fed it to Bora. However, Bora deflected the ball into the center of the goal, giving Mumbai a 2-0 advantage.
Final Goal Seals the Win
Mumbai City FC continued to press forward. Chhangte launched a powerful cross into the box. The defense failed to clear, and the ball deflected to Krouma. He reacted quickly and scored, making it 3-0 and sealing the victory for Mumbai.
