Reynolds Can’t Escape Responsibility, Says Baldoni’s Lawyer

On Wednesday, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, issued a statement to People. He accused Reynolds of being deeply involved in the alleged smear campaign.

“Mr. Reynolds was a key player in the scheme,” Freedman stated. Furthermore, he claimed that Reynolds’ role had been evident from the start. “His fingerprints have been all over this smear campaign against Justin and the Wayfarer team since day one.”

Reynolds Downplays the Allegations

Moreover, Freedman criticized Reynolds for dismissing the case as mere “hurt feelings.” He argued that the actor’s attitude sends a dangerous message.

“After lighting a match, Mr. Reynolds now seeks to run from the flames. It won’t work,” Freedman said. Additionally, he insisted that the lawsuit is serious and will not simply disappear.

Baldoni’s Team Vows to Hold Reynolds Accountable

As the legal battle escalates, Freedman made it clear that they will not back down. He also mocked Reynolds for trying to use humor to shift attention away from the lawsuit.

“Mr. Reynolds can appear on as many sketch shows as he wants and feebly try to make light of his current situation, but we will not stop until he is held accountable for his actions,” he added.

Reynolds Fights to Dismiss the Case

Meanwhile, on Tuesday, Reynolds officially filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. He argued that Baldoni’s claims were based on emotions rather than facts.
