Brief Scorecard
Lucknow Super Giants looked completely different today. Pooran dropped Head at one stage, which could have been a costly mistake on any other day, but today belonged to LSG. Nicolas Pooran and Mitchell Marsh performed well with the bat, providing the required acceleration at the right time. Abdul Samad sealed the victory for LSG with a quickfire 22 runs.
On the other hand, Sunrisers played well but did not meet the high standards they had set for themselves. A total of 190 is not a bad score from any perspective. However, two key takeaways for SRH today were that their batting depth was tested, and their lower-order players showed a strong fighting spirit. Secondly, they need to improve their bowling performance. Stay tuned with JUSZNEWS for regular updates!
