Jamshedpur FC secured a dominant 2-0 win over Hyderabad FC in the final Round of 16 match of the
Kalinga Super Cup 2025 on Thursday. Goals from Javier Siverio (39’ p) and Stephen Eze (64’) ensured their smooth passage to the quarter-finals.

Jamshedpur, who finished fifth in the ISL, entered the tournament with high expectations. They immediately took control of the game, playing with composure and precision. Hyderabad FC struggled to create clear chances as Jamshedpur’s defense and midfield dominated.
Penalty Breakthrough
After creating numerous attacking opportunities, Jamshedpur earned a penalty when Ashutosh Mehta was fouled inside the box by Manoj Mohammad. Siverio confidently converted the penalty, giving Jamshedpur the lead in the 39th minute.
