Former Femina Miss India Manasvi Mamgai recently had a special audience with Pope Leo XIV in Rome. She was joined by legendary Hollywood actor Al Pacino and film producer Andrea Iervolino. This gathering marked a historic first — the first officially recorded meeting between an American Pope and a film actor.
Photos and Reason Behind the Visit
The Miss India organisation shared photos from the meeting on its official Instagram handle. Andrea Iervolino also posted the images on his account. According to Deadline, the meeting happened just before the filming of Maserati: The Brothers begins in Rome. The movie is a biographical drama about the famous Maserati family of Italy. Al Pacino, Anthony Hopkins, and Andy Garcia will play lead roles. Manasvi is part of the film’s production team.
Manasvi’s Elegant Outfit for the Occasion
For the meeting with the Pope, Manasvi chose a stylish all-black outfit. She wore a double-breasted blazer with a deep V-neckline, gold buttons, padded shoulders, and a fitted look. Underneath, she wore a tank top with a square neckline.
She paired the blazer with a matching black skirt. The skirt had a loose, straight fit with a ruffled, embroidered hem and an A-line shape that flowed beautifully. Her accessories included a delicate diamond necklace, matching earrings, and classic black pumps.
Manasvi styled her hair in soft waves with a center parting. Her makeup included bold brows, plum lipstick, rosy cheeks, winged eyeliner, mascara, and a glowing highlighter.

Purpose and Spirit of the Meeting
Producer Andrea Iervolino shared details about the visit in a statement. He said the meeting was "a private audience for the delegation from the film Maserati: The Brothers, which stars Al Pacino." As quoted by Deadline, he added, “The meeting was a moment of profound spiritual and cultural inspiration, centered around shared values that lie at the heart of both the Catholic Church and the film: family unity, love, compassion and the importance of contributing to the common good.”
