Zuckerberg Briefly Joins Trump Meeting, Then Asked to Wait Outside
Reports say Zuckerberg was asked to leave a top-secret meeting in Trump’s Oval Office, but a White House official insists he was invited in only briefly.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was reportedly asked to leave the Oval Office during a sensitive meeting between President Donald Trump and top military officials, according to reports. The meeting focused on the Air Force’s next-generation fighter jet program.

Zuckerberg’s Unexpected Entry Raised Concerns

Sources told NBC that military leaders were surprised when Zuckerberg entered the room during the classified discussion. The exact date of the incident is unclear. Since Zuckerberg did not have security clearance, officials became worried about his presence in the highly confidential session.

As a result, he was asked to leave the room and wait outside, so the meeting could continue without further interruption.

One official described the situation as "bizarro world," while others felt “mystified and a bit unnerved” by how easily someone could walk into such a high-level discussion.

White House Official Disputes the Report

However, a Daily Mail article offered a different version of events. It quoted a senior White House official who rejected the claim that Zuckerberg was removed. The official said the media had “mischaracterised” what happened.

The unnamed source explained, "Zuckerberg 'popped in to say hello at the President’s request, and then left to wait for his meeting with POTUS to begin, which was scheduled to occur after the meeting with the pilots.'"

Zuckerberg’s Shifting Political Ties

Zuckerberg’s relationship with politics has seen many turns. He once backed pro-immigration policies and supported Democratic Party leaders. But more recently, he aligned himself with the MAGA (Make America Great Again) agenda during Trump’s re-election campaign.

In January, he even attended Trump’s inauguration, along with billionaires Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. Notably, Musk was once close to Trump but has since had a public fallout with him.
