Cabot joined Astronomer as Chief People Officer in November 2024. Earlier, she worked at ObserveIT, Neo4j, and Proofpoint. She is known for focusing on employee engagement.

Furthermore, Cabot recently finalised her divorce from Kenneth Thornby. They share at least one child. Thornby was ordered to pay her a lump sum for child support.
