BTS member Jin will perform solo at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on August 9. Fans across the world will be able to watch the concert live in movie theatres. The show will be streamed in cinemas across several countries, giving global ARMY members a chance to experience it together.
Tickets Available on Official Website
Tickets for these special theatre screenings are now available. Fans can check Jin’s official website to find participating cinemas near them and book their seats. This concert has something extra for fans. Jin will perform his solo songs and also include BTS medleys in the setlist. This surprise addition makes it feel like finding a hidden bonus track on a beloved album.
Theatres Offer Real Concert Experience
This won’t be a regular movie screening. Organisers have planned screenings on large cinema screens with powerful sound systems to match the energy of a real concert. Some premium venues, like “SuperPlex” and “Gwangeum Cinema,” will host the event to make it more immersive. Organisers describe it as “probably better than most concert venues.”
ARMY Bombs and Loud Cheers Allowed
One exciting feature for fans is that they can bring their ‘ARMY Bomb’ the official BTS light stick. Unlike usual cinema rules, fans can cheer, sing along, and wave their light sticks during the show.
The screening in South Korea will take place on August 10 (Sunday) at 3 PM in 20 different theatres. These include popular locations like Lotte Cinema World Tower and Konkuk University entrance. Fans attending the event will also receive photo cards and postcards, similar to limited edition album goodies.
Teaser Released Ahead of Big Day
A teaser for the concert was shared on YouTube on July 23. It features scenes from Jin’s ongoing #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, which started in Goyang, South Korea, on June 28.
The Amsterdam show will be the second-last concert on Jin’s first solo tour. The tour supports his second solo album Echo, which was released in May and reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart. The final concert will take place at the same venue on the following day.
BTS Comeback Planned for 2026
After finishing his tour, Jin will rejoin BTS members RM, SUGA, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. The group plans to make a major comeback in 2026. According to a livestream, this comeback will include a brand-new album and a world tour, following the members’ completion of military service.
Meanwhile, fans can enjoy BTS’s newest live album, Permission to Dance On Stage Live, which was released on July 18.
