US-Israel-Iran Conflict: Iran Hits Saudi Air Base, Blasts Heard in Israel and Bahrain
Explosions shook central Israel and Bahrain after Iranian missile strikes escalated the Middle East war, while Donald Trump said Tehran wants talks but the proposed deal is “not good enough yet.”

Loud explosions were heard in central Israel on Sunday morning after air raid sirens sounded across the region. The blasts came shortly after Iran launched missile attacks. Residents heard powerful detonations minutes after the warning systems activated. Authorities issued alerts as a precaution against incoming missiles.

The incident highlights the growing intensity of the conflict involving Iran, Israel and the United States.

Iran Targets US-Linked Air Base in Saudi Arabia

Earlier, Iran fired missiles at the Al Kharj Air Base in Saudi Arabia. The base supports US military operations in the region. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed responsibility for the strike. The group said the base acted as the "origin of aggressions against the Islamic homeland."

According to the IRGC, the base served as a staging point for American fighter jets used in attacks on Iran. These aircraft included the F-35 Lightning II and F-16 Fighting Falcon.

Pentagon Identifies Airmen Killed in Iraq Crash

The United States Department of Defense confirmed the identities of six US airmen who died in a refuelling plane crash over Iraq earlier this week. The crash occurred during military operations linked to the ongoing conflict. The report was first published by Reuters.

The incident adds to the rising toll of casualties as the war enters its third week.

Trump Says Iran Wants Talks but Deal Terms Are Weak

US President Donald Trump said Iran appears ready to negotiate a deal to end the conflict. However, he refused to accept a ceasefire for now. Trump made the remarks during an interview with NBC News on Saturday. "Iran wants to make a deal, and I don't want to make it because the terms aren't good enough yet," he said.

Trump added that any agreement must meet stronger conditions. He said the final terms must be "very solid".

Explosions Also Reported in Bahrain

Loud blasts were also reported in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, early Sunday. Authorities have not confirmed the cause of the explosions. However, the incident has raised concerns that the conflict could spread further across the Gulf region.

Regional governments remain on high alert as tensions continue to rise.
