Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his latest Instagram reel welcoming the passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026.
Prime Minister Modi shared the video after the Rajya Sabha passed the Bill. He said the government is taking continuous steps to make the examination system more transparent and reliable.
PM Modi Highlights Exam Reforms
In the Instagram reel, PM Modi said the government is strengthening the examination system by improving transparency, speeding up reforms and considering suggestions from states.
He said paper leaks have troubled both the Centre and states for many years and have affected students' futures.
"Friends, for a reliable examination system, we are continuously taking one step after the other. Whether it is the creation of transparency, creation towards fast track, or taking states' suggestions into consideration... every state and the central government has been facing this kind of paper leak trouble for several decades. This is also creating a crisis for the future of children," PM Modi said.

Dipke Takes a Swipe at PM Modi
Dipke responded by posting a comment on the Prime Minister's Instagram reel. He wrote that the Prime Minister's skin looked brighter than the country's future. The remark was aimed at criticising the government's handling of exam-related issues.
This is not the first time Dipke has targeted PM Modi. Earlier this week, he also criticised the Prime Minister after Modi posted his second Instagram reel within 24 hours of the student protest being called off.
Dipke Seeks Amit Shah's Resignation
On Thursday, Dipke demanded the resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah over the police action during the July 20 "Sansad Chalo" march.
Speaking to reporters at his residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, Dipke supported Rahul Gandhi's claim that the order to use force against protesting students must have come from Amit Shah.
He claimed democracy in the country is in danger. He also alleged that people are questioning the judiciary and accused central investigative agencies of being used to weaken political parties.
