Veteran actor Neetu Kapoor, her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and granddaughter Samara Sahni stepped out for a family dinner in Mumbai on Tuesday night. Several photos and videos from their outing surfaced online, showing the trio exiting a popular restaurant.
Samara's Friendly Chat With Paparazzi
In one viral video, young Samara charmed the paparazzi as she walked slightly ahead of her mother. She greeted them warmly, asking, "How are you?" and "How was your day?" When the photographers replied, she giggled and shyly covered her mouth. As one photographer introduced himself, Samara sweetly said, "Nice meeting you." She also posed briefly for photos and before leaving, said, "Have a nice day. Have a nice night. Bye."
Neetu and Riddhima React to Samara's Interaction
Riddhima, who followed closely behind, smiled at the scene and gently told Samara to keep walking. She laughed along as Samara chatted with the photographers. Earlier, Neetu Kapoor, who had walked ahead, was seen laughing when Samara stopped to speak with the paparazzi.
For their dinner outing, Neetu Kapoor wore a cream top with beige trousers. Riddhima chose a red outfit, while Samara looked casual in a black T-shirt paired with jeans.
Fans Adore Samara’s Sweet Nature
The video quickly caught attention on Instagram. Many users praised Samara for her adorable and polite behavior. Comments included: "She is so cute," and "She is gorgeous and she enjoys the limelight a lot." Another person wrote, "She is so beautiful."
Samara is the daughter of Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Bharat Sahni, who married in 2000. Riddhima is the daughter of Neetu Kapoor and the late actor Rishi Kapoor, and the sister of actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Samara Was Recently in the Spotlight
A few months ago, Samara was in the news for a different reason. At the wedding of Aadar Jain (Riddhima’s cousin) and entrepreneur Alekha Advani, a video made the rounds showing what appeared to be Samara pushing her grandmother, Neetu Kapoor. Many online users assumed she was upset with her nani.
However, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Riddhima clarified the situation. She said, “The whole thing got blown out of proportion. The poor child was only trying to pose."
She added, “She wasn’t upset. She was very excited, so much so that in the car she kept saying that, ‘Oh my God, I’m sure there are gonna be photographers and I’m gonna pose like this and that’. And because the paparazzi were asking us to come together, she just wanted to pose on her own. She didn’t push her nani."
