He is expected to reach the Arun Jaitley Stadium between 1 pm and 4 pm. His Delhi appearance marks the final stop of his India tour.
Diversions on Key Roads
Delhi Traffic Police will divert traffic on Bahadurshah Zafar Marg and JLN Marg. The advisory also said, “no heavy vehicles allowed from Daryaganj to Bahadurshah Zafar Marg and from Guru Nanak Chowk to Asaf Ali Road.”
In a post on X, police urged commuters to avoid JLN Marg, Asaf Ali Road and Bahadurshah Zafar Marg. Authorities expect heavy movement due to the Argentine footballer’s visit.

The main event will take place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Messi will felicitate Minerva Academy teams that won three youth trophies. Delhi Police also shared entry and exit points for ticket holders. Authorities asked fans to follow the guidelines.

Police banned parking around the Arun Jaitley Stadium. They warned of towing and fines for violations. Authorities advised the public to use the metro and buses. They want to reduce congestion in the area.
