Val Kilmer’s final Instagram post featured a painting, and fans are now paying heartfelt tributes to the late actor.
Actor Val Kilmer, who passed away at 65, shared a painting in his last Instagram post. Now, his fans have filled the comment section with tributes. His final post featured a painting of a bonfire in shades of blue, pink, and red. He captioned it, “It’s got that late-night glow. Cool tones with a low burn, like when the campfire cools down, but you’re still wide awake. 12' x 20' plexi-glazed, signed, and ready to hang. ValKilmer.com.” He shared this on March 23, 2024.

After his passing, fans expressed their sorrow in the comments. One person wrote, "Rest in Peace, you amazing artist and human!" Val Kilmer’s Career and Health

Val Kilmer rose to fame with his role in Top Gun. He later starred as Batman and played Jim Morrison in The Doors. According to his daughter Mercedes Kilmer, he died from pneumonia. He had previously battled throat cancer, which he was diagnosed with in 2014 before recovering. Initially a stage actor, he made his big-screen debut in 1984 with Top Secret, a Cold War spoof. Two years later, he became widely recognized for his role as Iceman, a rival to Tom Cruise’s Maverick, in Top Gun. Throughout his long career, Val took on diverse roles. He played Bruce Wayne in Batman Forever, following Michael Keaton and preceding George Clooney in the role. Most recently, he returned to the big screen in 2021, making a cameo as Iceman in Top Gun: Maverick.
