Final Destination: Bloodlines, the latest entry in one of Hollywood’s most famous horror-thriller franchises, is now preparing to haunt viewers on streaming platforms. After a strong theatrical run in the US and internationally, the supernatural horror film will begin streaming on HBO Max from August 1, 2025.

Bloodlines follows Stefani Reyes, a college student who begins seeing disturbing visions tied to a tragic hotel collapse from 1968. Her search for answers reveals that the disaster is linked to her own family history. She soon uncovers a generational curse that traces back to her grandmother’s past.

The film brings a fresh perspective to the franchise by blending classic Final Destination suspense with deeper emotional themes such as inherited trauma and family legacy. It still follows the familiar formula where fate catches up with survivors, but now adds layers of psychological horror.
