Thailand showed resilience and refused to give up. In the 42nd minute, SAMANSO Supansa scored again, reducing the deficit to 4-2 and giving Thailand hope of a comeback.
But Malaysia's attack was relentless. AZHAR Nur Afiqah Syahzani quickly added another goal in the 43rd minute, taking the score to 5-2. Soon after, ZULKIFLI Nuramirah Shakirah netted her second goal of the match, sealing a decisive 6-2 victory for Malaysia.
